Our fees will vary according to the nature of the case, the complexity of the matter, the amount of work required and also it depends on whether it is a straight forward simple case or complicated one.

Usually this could be between £1,200 and £2,000 (no VAT) for a single application and dealing with the Home Office. It could be less or it could be more in a special case. If we think it is a case which warrants charging higher fees we will discuss and agree with the client and we will deal with the matter only if the client is satisfied with the fee charged.

If an Expert Report needs to be obtained for a case the client will have to pay separately to the Expert (usually a medical consultant).

The above fee will not include any appeals made and dealt with in the event the application is refused. For any appeal we would charge approximately £2,000 (no VAT) which may include retaining of a barrister.

There is also an Immigration Health Surcharge payment which is usually £500. This fee is not paid if the application is for Indefinite Leave to Remain. There is also the Home Office fees which will depend on the type of application you are making.

Any other types of applications or work done including work in the higher courts will be discussed and fees agreed with the client.

If you have an immigration query or an application that needs to be made or even an appeal you need dealing with, we would always advise you to come to us as soon as possible so we can help you from the beginning and avoid unnecessary costs and expenses that may arise when an application is not completed properly.

We also prepare Sponsorship Declarations for visitor visas.
